CIfI Projects: Church and Federation 
and Bible School NBI

CIfI sees itself as part of a large church federation lead by Dr. Gideon Jacob and supports them in their social missionary Projects.
Thus CIfI supports Children’s projects, such as Children’s Homes for orphaned or unwanted children and different church projects. Furthermore we are involved in different charitable services.

 

 

 

World Prayer Centre

The main Church in Trichy has a congregation of 3,000 and is growing rapidly. The secret is clear preaching of the Gospel, the working of the Holy Spirit and a lot of prayer in almost 100 missionary Prayer Cells. The Church is building a large hall which, when completed, will hold over 5,000 people.

The Church also does a lot of child and youth work and arranges open events for men and women from a wider area.

 

 

 

 

 

Church Federation

In the meantime over 300 Churches have grown from the first Church and over 200 further Church plantings are in the pipeline.

These include Church projects among gypsy tribes and in lepra colonies.

The Churches are supported in their work by interdenominational Church and leader conferences (Nehmiah Camp) and evangelization.

 

 

 

Nehemiah Bible Institute

A sound and practically based theological training of Indian Christians for Church and pioneer work is essential to achieve sustainable Church growth.

Two bible schools in the south and north of India offer accredited Bachelor/Master degree courses.
